Hey there, this Saturday, IKI is playing in Vanløse at 2 PM, and I wanted to invite you to come along. It’ll be the five of us improvising together acousticly with our voices —just seeing where the music takes us.

We’ve been experimenting with our sound lately, and a little secret is, that we are working on a new album to be released late 2025. Somehow it’s ended up as this mix of Kraftwerk and Meredith Monk. I’m really excited about it. It’s called The Body, and still very secret, it will come out in Fall 2025, but for now, we’re just in the moment, creating something raw and live.

If you’re free, it would mean a lot to have you there. And by the way it will be very kid-friendly.

I’m up early to catch a flight to Ghent, where I’ll be participating in a panel at the World Soundtrack Awards about the legal aspects and challenges of AI and film music 🙂🎶🎶

I had the whole day here yesterday, and Gothenburg is an amazing city!! Beautiful, cozy, and great food 🙂 The company being wonderful didn’t hurt either 😉❤️

Can you believe it? In exactly three months, we’ll be filling Borgerforeningen Svendborg Teater with the music of ‘Winter Landscapes 2025.’ It’s as if the quiet calm and darkness of winter are already calling us—and this concert will be a journey into soundscapes that bring the Nordic landscape right to our ears.

I want to send a warm thank you to those of you who have already helped spread the word—you know who you are. Your support means the world. For those of you who may not have heard about the concert yet, I’d love to share a little more. I’ve attached the flyer, and here’s a link to some video and extra information so you can get a sense of what the evening will bring

Imagine the music blending with live-drawn visuals—each note reflecting the crisp air, the crunch of snow beneath your feet, and the dark sky that frames it all. It’s going to be one of those nights that stays with you long after it’s over.
