My concert in Svendborg this past Sunday went really well! I really couldn’t be happier 🙏🏻 Everyone on stage were incredible, and the venue was virtually sold out, and the audience was amazing!!
I will be posting clips here for everybody to see and some more insightful clips for members only.

This weekend, I had the pleasure of sinking into a comfortable chair, surrounded by the incredible sounds of strings, vocals, guitars, and even special instruments like the nøgleharpe, performed by a 13-piece orchestra led by Jesper Hansen. While lost in the music, I let the tones guide me as I drew on my iPad, with my work projected onto the big screen behind me.
It was such a unique experience to create art in real-time, inspired by Jesper’s beautiful compositions. Later, I discovered that I could export a fast-motion version of my drawing process, which was a fun surprise—when you’re in the moment, you don’t fully realize what you’re creating.
So, here’s a quick version of my visual interpretation of Jesper’s stunning music. I hope it captures some of the magic I felt that evening!

Anna KruseThis album is a celebration of nature and the deep connection we share with it. As a Swede living in Copenhagen, I’ve come to miss the natural world immensely. When I wanted to create something meaningful for the planet, I turned to the poetry of Edith Södergran, whose work captures the magnificence of the smallest blade of grass. The compositions are inspired by her timeless and powerful poetry, exploring themes of nature, womanhood, and life’s fragility. The project took on a personal dimension after my father’s passing, with one particular poem, Sjukbesök, vividly bringing back my last moments with him. That poem became a song in an almost magical way. Featuring Stina Ekblad as the voice of Södergran, the album blends Scandinavian tones with the raw beauty of jazz and classical influences, evoking the scent of frost, forest floors, and moss. It’s a tribute to the trees that sustain us all.
