Sangen sætter ord på det nærvær som børnene bringer ind i verden, et blik der åbnes, når vi ser gennem barnets øjne, det største i det mindste, en spirende og boblende energi, en afbalanceret spænding, nysgerrigheden, lysten til at udforske, forbindelse med hinanden, tidløs uforstyrrethed, et let strømmende nærvær med de små mennesker, så stærkt de insisterer netop det, hvor vidunderligt det føles at kunne sige ja, sige: Kom lad os gå ud og finde endnu flere sten og pinde, og tage et lille menneskes hånd i sin. Plant the Seeds has been on its way for a year. I am so excited to share this song live with you!

You are invited for my release concert at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge. It is going to be a magic evening giving space for hope through music and community. It is a co-creation with Generation Hope: An inspiring organization helping people to establish a more loving and actionable relationship to the future. I will bring my new band and get the grooves going with bass, percusion and hopefully vibrant community singing <3

Nature’s voice in pop music

Something special about Plant the Seeds is that nature herself has been given a place in the song. Birds from the rewilded Lerbjerg Forest (The Danish Nature Fund) and the rustling of footsteps in dry beech leaves from Holmeskov Dyrehave are woven into the production. Thus, NATURE is officially credited as a featuring artist through the Sounds Right initiative, created by the Museum for the United Nations – UN Live.

As an artist and human I feel obligated to communicate about the crises and possibilities we face. That’s why a rewilded forest must have a place in pop music – biodiversity truly has sound. The fact that NATURE can now also officially be credited as an artist is a strong reminder that we must learn to value nature’s voice – not just as background, but as the creative and vital force.

Sounds Right is a groundbreaking global project that has registered NATURE as an artist on streaming platforms. 25 % of the royalties go directly to nature conservation. This means that nature is no longer just a backdrop, but is recognized for her creative contribution – on equal footing with human artists.

With Sounds Right, music becomes not only an artistic experience, but also a concrete action: by listening to Plant the Seeds, the audience contributes to global conservation projects that protect biodiversity and encourage us to rethink our relationship with nature.
