We’d love to invite you into one of our quiet creative moments. Imagine a slow, Sunday afternoon, where inspiration drifts gently through the air. Capturing a sense of space doesn’t always require layers of effects—sometimes it’s as simple as playing a violin softly, allowing each note to linger in the atmosphere.
These ideas often come to life spontaneously in my home studio, in moments just like this. Welcome to our Sunday space—slow, atmospheric, and filled with quiet wonder.
For 20 years, my saxophone was my faithful companion. On the way to Romania in 2023 , I lost it in the Copenhagen metro. We traveled anyway and borrowed a saxophone down there. I thought I’d be more sentimental, but it felt fine. It feels liberating not to be so afraid of the instruments anymore. They can stay in the car. They are there to be used. It hasn’t always been like that, but in the last year and a half, I’ve started to let go. Here is a picture of the performance we did in Romania when I had just lost the horn. Of course some notes were out of tune, but all in all it was great.

Mikið er glöð og þakklát að þessi vegferð sé hafin. TAKK fyrir að hoppa á vagninn með mér! Ég er sjálf enn að læra inn á svona umhverfi en það eru svo margir spennandi möguleikar til að tengjast ykkur. Ég tek glöð við ábendingum, hugmyndum og óskum.
Eins og ég set þetta upp er hægt að hlusta á alla tónlistina sem er hérna inni núna án þess að vera í áskrift. Þetta eru plötur og upptökur sem ég á sjálf útgáfuréttinn af og allt nú þegar á almennum streymisveitum. Nema ég hef laumað inn einu aukalagi á plötuna Töfrabörn - lagið Tregagás gjöriði svo vel.
Þetta með útgáfuréttinn skýrir af hverju það vantar sumt hérna inn. Jólalögin vantar ennþá líka. Hver veit nema ég hendi bara í nýjar útgáfur af gömlum lögum fljótlega. Með tíð og tíma dreymir mig um að gera svæðið þannig að það sé sannarlega þess virði að vera hérna inni með mér.
