If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following information:
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Submitting false or abusive copyright notices or counter-notices may result in account termination or other legal consequences. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
SleeveFM reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised version on the Service or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy.”
