SleeveFM, Inc. - Referral Program Terms

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

1. Overview of the Program

The Sleeve Referral Program allows you to earn a percentage of Sleeve’s revenue generated by artists you refer to the platform. By helping artists join Sleeve, you’ll play a key role in enabling them to connect directly with fans and build a sustainable income while being rewarded for your support.

2. How It Works

• Eligibility: Anyone with a Sleeve account can participate in the referral program.
• Referral Link: Each participant will receive a unique referral link to share with artists.
• Reward Structure: You will earn 33.3% of Sleeve’s revenue from referred artists for 1 year, starting from the date the artist launches their profile on Sleeve.

3. Example

If you refer an artist who:

• Has 1,000 fans paying $10/month, grossing $120,000/year:
  • The artist earns $94,800.
  • Sleeve makes $12,000.
  • You earn $6,000 over the first year as their referrer.

4. Program Guidelines

• Tracking Referrals: Referrals are tracked using your unique referral link. The referred artist must sign up and launch their profile using this link for you to qualify.
• Payouts: Payments will be made monthly based on Sleeve’s net revenue from the referred artist.
• Program Duration: The 33.3% referral reward applies for the first 12 months of the referred artist’s time on Sleeve.
• Earnings Cap: Referral rewards are capped at $50,000 USD per referred artist and are subject to our currency conversion rates.

5. Additional Notes

• Referral rewards are capped at a fair and reasonable maximum determined by Sleeve.
• Sleeve reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with prior notice provided to participants. Referrals that have been successfully initiated will be fulfilled.
• Fraudulent or unethical behavior, such as spamming or misrepresenting Sleeve, will result in disqualification from the program.

6. Changes to These Terms

SleeveFM reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
