SleeveFM, Inc. - Referral Program Terms

1. Overview of the Program

The Sleeve Referral Program lets you earn a share of Sleeve’s revenue when you refer new artists to the platform. By helping us grow, you’re helping artists take control of their careers… and getting rewarded along the way.

2. How It Works

• Eligibility: Anyone with an active Sleeve account can participate.
• Referral Link: Each participant receives a unique referral link to share.
• Reward Structure: You’ll earn 50% of Sleeve’s revenue from each referred artist for 12 months, starting when that artist launches their profile on Sleeve.

3. Example

If you refer an artist who grosses $10,000/month from fan memberships:

• The artist takes home ~$7,900/month
• Sleeve earns ~$1,500/month
• You earn half of our income… $750/month as the referrer

These estimates reflect our current payout model. Payment processing fees (approx. 6%) are deducted before platform revenue is calculated. Actual earnings may vary.

4. Program Guidelines

• Tracking Referrals: Referrals must sign up using your unique link and launch their profile for rewards to apply.
• Payouts: Referral earnings are paid monthly, based on Sleeve’s net revenue from the referred artist.
• Program Duration: The 50% referral reward is valid for the first 12 months after the referred artist launches.
• Earnings Cap: Referral earnings are capped at $50,000 USD per artist, calculated using Sleeve’s internal currency conversion rates.

5. Additional Terms

• Referral earnings are valid only when an artist signs up and launches their profile using your unique link unless explicitly approved by Sleeve
• You may not earn referral rewards from artists you manage, co-own, or represent… unless explicitly approved by Sleeve.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical use of the program, including spam, impersonation, or misrepresentation, will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
• Sleeve reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Earned rewards from prior qualified sign-ups will be honored.
• Referral rewards are capped at a maximum of $50,000 USD per referred artist, and are subject to Sleeve’s internal currency conversion and payout systems.

6. Changes to These Terms

SleeveFM reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
