At SleeveFM, Inc. ("SleeveFM," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to fostering a positive, creative, and respectful environment for all users of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). This Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy outlines the standards for acceptable behavior on the Service and our approach to content moderation.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Spam, Scams, and Deceptive Content: This includes phishing attempts, pyramid schemes, disinformation, impersonation of brands or users, or manipulative or misleading advertising.
• Malware or Technological Abuse: Content that includes viruses, malicious code, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in our platform or in user devices.

4. Moderation

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, SleeveFM reserves the right to:

• Review and Remove Content: We may review any content posted on the Service and remove or restrict any content that violates this Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy, our Terms of Use, or any applicable laws.
• Suspend or Terminate Accounts: We may suspend, restrict or terminate the accounts of users who violate this policy, our Terms of Use, or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the community, the Service or SleeveFM’s reputation.
• Preserve Evidence or Report to Authorities: We may preserve and, where legally required or appropriate, disclose user information and content to comply with law enforcement, regulatory inquiries, or legal proceedings.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe that someone is violating this Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy, please report it to us by emailing terms@sleevefm.com. We review all reports and will take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may modify or update this Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
