What we do

• Your posts and newsletter. We write, you approve, we publish. Or we manage a back-and-forth where you sketch, we polish. Either way, the cadence stays.
• Your EPK, kept current. Every release, every press hit, every show added... your EPK reflects it without you remembering to update it.
• Your fan list. Segment, send, watch what works, adjust. Real CRM work, not “we exported a CSV once.”
• Release planning. Calendar, anti-conflict, pre-save logic, day-of execution.
• Occasional show-promo help. Not booking. Promoting what you’ve already booked.
• Direct line to a real person. Slack, email, whatever channel you prefer. Not a ticket queue.

What we don’t do

• We don’t book your shows. That’s an agent’s job.
• We don’t sign you to a label. That’s a manager with industry relationships. Different job.
• We don’t negotiate contracts. Lawyers do that.
• We don’t ghostwrite music or production decisions. That’s you.
• We’re not a 24/7 emergency line. Anna’s good but she sleeps.

   Monthly check-in. Recalibrate scope as your career changes. Scale up around a release, scale back between cycles.

Pricing

Custom monthly retainer per artist, based on scope and cadence. We’ve quoted between $750 and $4,000/mo for different artists. We’ll quote you specifically once we’ve talked through what you need.
