Inviting Fans to Join Your Membership Tier for Free

Sometimes, you want to go the extra mile for your biggest supporters—whether it’s a fan, a collaborator, or someone who’s been with you from the start. With Sleeve, you can invite people to join your membership tiers for free, giving them exclusive access to your content without having to pay for a membership.

How to Send a Free Membership Invite

  1. Go to Your Subscribers Page

    Head over to your Artist Settings and click on Subscribers. Here, you’ll see your active members and have the option to invite new ones on the Invites tab.

  2. Click “Invite Fans”

    You’ll find the Invite Fans button in the empty state (or in the sidebar if you’ve already got members).

  3. Fill Out the Invite Form

    In the invitation modal, you’ll need to:

    • Add Email Addresses: Enter one or multiple email addresses. Separate them with commas or add each on a new line.
    • Choose a Membership Tier: Select which tier you’d like to grant them access to.
    • Select a Duration: Decide how long their free membership will last—whether it’s a month, six months, a year, or even indefinitely.

  4. Send the Invite

    Hit Send Invite, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your invitees will receive an email with a link to accept the membership.

Managing Your Invites

Once sent, you can track the status of your invitations on the Subscribers page. You’ll see who’s accepted, who’s pending, and you can cancel invites if needed.
