Inviting Team Members to Your Sleeve Account

Managing your music career often involves more than just you. Whether it's bandmates, managers, producers, or collaborators, Sleeve makes it easy to bring your team on board. You can invite trusted people to help manage your artist profile, engage with fans, and even handle revenue distribution—all while maintaining full control.

Why Add Team Members?

  • Collaborate Efficiently: Share the workload with managers, bandmates, or collaborators.
  • Manage Revenue Transparently: Customize how revenue is shared among your team members to ensure fairness and clarity.

How to Invite Someone to Your Team

  1. Go to the Artist Team Section

    Navigate to your Artist Settings and click on Team. This is where you can manage your current team members and invites.

  2. Click “Invite User”

    Hit the Invite User button to open the invitation modal.

  3. Fill Out the Invite Form

    In the modal, you’ll need to:

    • Enter an Email Address: Add the email of the person you want to invite.

  4. Send the Invite

    Click Send Invite, and we’ll handle the rest. Your invitee will receive an email with instructions to accept and join your artist account.

Managing Team Members

  • View Active Members: On the Artist Team page, you’ll see your current team members, along with their assigned revenue share percentages.
  • Adjust Revenue Shares: Use the percentage fields to update how earnings are distributed across your team. Don’t forget to click Save when you’re done!
  • Remove Team Members: If you need to revoke access, you can easily remove a team member from your artist account. Just click the Remove button next to their name, and they’ll no longer have access to manage your profile or receive revenue shares.

Managing Invitations

  • Pending Invites: View all pending invites under the Invites tab. You’ll see who’s been invited and whether they’ve accepted.
  • Cancel Invites: Need to retract an invite? Simply click the delete option next to the pending invite to cancel it.

Important: Full Admin Access

When you invite someone to your team, they’ll have full administrative access to your artist profile. This means they can:

  • Manage your releases and posts
  • Engage with fans
  • Update profile settings
  • Invite new team members

Currently, team members either have full or no access—there’s no option for fine-grained permission control yet. Only the original admin can invite new team members or adjust revenue shares. Make sure you’re inviting people you fully trust, as they’ll have complete control over your artist account once added.

Your team can be as dynamic as your music. Add or remove members as your projects evolve, and adjust revenue shares whenever needed. Sleeve keeps your collaborations organized and transparent.
