Sharing Your Sleeve Profile
Sharing Your Sleeve Profile
Sleeve works best when fans know this is your home base — the place where your music, updates, releases, and mailing list all live in one spot. It’s where your posts land, where fans follow you, and where people can support you directly.
To make it work, you need to bring people in — consistently.
Your Links and QR Code
You have a few key entry points for fans:
- Your Sleeve shortlink (like yourname.sleeve.fm)
- Your custom domain (if you’ve connected one)
- Your QR code for shows, merch tables, posters, and print
Where to find them
- Go to Artist Settings
- Open Manage Profile → Sleeve Links → Share Profile
- Copy your shortlink
- Download your QR code for live use
These are the fastest ways to get fans to your page — online or in person.
How to Invite Fans
The most effective way to bring fans to Sleeve is to share the link often and clearly.
Show people why you’re here
A simple explanation goes a long way:
“This is where I share new music and updates first.” “If you want to hear what I’m working on, this is the best place to follow me.”
Where to share
-
Social bios & websites
Add your Sleeve link or custom domain to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linktree, your website, and your email signature.
-
Direct outreach
A quick note in a newsletter or social post pulls people in effectively.
-
QR codes at shows
Put it on the merch table, posters, or a slide — fans can follow you instantly.
-
Welcome offers
A small exclusive (demo, early listen, behind-the-scenes clip) gives fans a reason to join now.
Be consistent
Fans often need to see a link multiple times before they click. Regular sharing builds momentum.
Other Ways Artists Bring Fans In
You don’t need to do all of these — but they’re proven patterns:
- Short teaser videos (“Hear the early version on my Sleeve page.”)
- Behind-the-scenes clips that end with “Full version on Sleeve.”
- Pinned posts on social profiles explaining what lives on your page
- Quick updates in newsletters (“New post on Sleeve today!”)
- At-show shoutouts (“Scan the QR to follow me and hear a new demo.”)
Every audience is different — experiment and see what works for your fans.
