How it works

It reads what’s public, writes a short bio and a longer about page in your voice, and collects your links, your shows, your merch, your photos, and any booking or management contacts it finds.
You decide what’s true.
Everything arrives filled in and editable. Delete what’s wrong, fix what’s close, add what we missed. Nothing is published until you say so.

If you don’t have a website
Most artists reading this don’t have a site worth importing. That’s the normal case, not the exception.
Sleeve doesn’t need one. Give it your Spotify or your Bandcamp and it works from there. Give it nothing and it works from your name. You’ll get a draft either way, and a draft you can argue with is a much better starting point than an empty field.
What it won’t do
We’d rather tell you this now than have you find it.
- It writes a draft, not a finished bio. Artists who publish ours verbatim usually should have edited it.
- It only sees what’s public. Anything behind a login is invisible to it.
- If it can’t find something, it leaves the field empty. It doesn’t invent facts about you, and it won’t guess a link it can’t see.
That last one is deliberate. An empty field you fill in beats a confident wrong answer about your own career.
