Trouble Signing In

Sleeve doesn't use passwords. You enter your email, we send you a six-digit code, and you type it in. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

If the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work, it's usually one of the following.

Look for mail from sleevefm.com

Sign-in codes come from Sleeve at support@sleevefm.com. That's the address we use for account mail... sign-in codes, receipts, billing. Mail from artists you follow comes from sleeve.fm instead, so both are worth adding to your contacts.

The code is also in the subject line, so you can usually read it straight off a phone notification without opening anything.

Check spam and promotions

If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. In Gmail, also check the Promotions tab.

Codes last 15 minutes, and work once

A code expires 15 minutes after it's sent, and each one can only be used a single time. If a code has been sitting for a while, or you've already tried it, request a new one instead of retyping the old one.

Make sure it's the right address

The code goes to the address on your account. If you signed up with a different email, or you've since changed the one you use day to day, request the code for the original address. You can change your email later from the Profile tab in your user settings.

Still stuck

Reply to any Sleeve email, or write to support@sleevefm.com. Tell us the address you're trying to sign in with and roughly when you asked for the code, and we'll find it.
