Add a Sleeve Sign-Up Form to Your Website

Are you using your own website but still want to grow your audience outside of Sleeve, but keep everything in one place? You can embed a Sleeve email sign-up form directly on your website, blog, or merch store.

New signups will go straight into your free follower tier on Sleeve and start getting your public posts by email.

How It Works

• Copy the HTML embed snippet from your artist settings
• Paste it into your site’s HTML wherever you want the form to appear
• New subscribers are added to your Sleeve followers list automatically

They’ll:

• Get your public posts by email
• Be able to unsubscribe anytime
• Stay connected even if they never log into Sleeve directly

Step-by-Step

1. Copy the Code

• Go to Artist Settings → Profile tab
• Find the Embed sign-up form section
• Click the button to copy the embed code

2. Paste Into Your Website

• Add the snippet into your site’s HTML—homepage, footer, blog post, or a dedicated “Join the mailing list” page
• Save and publish your changes

You’ll see a preview of the embedded form in your settings so you know what it will look like before you add it.

Best Practices

• Put the form somewhere visible and natural: near music players, in the footer, or after blog posts
• Pair it with a simple message about why people should subscribe (early music, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
